It's true that don't judge the book by it's cover

Erika lend this book to me, I just accepted the book and kept it on my study table for a along time. I just don't like to read the book for a reason that the book is yellowish, the book has a plain boring cover & the book has no teaser in the back; although, it has a teaser inside, still it didn't convince me to read it. Suddenly, it's summer, and I just don't have things to do aside from errands and house chores. I decided to read all the books that have been stuck on my study table during school days; Due to procrastination, I didn't read those books, I was err Lazy.
As I glance at my study table, I saw the book of Eka: Message from Nam by Danielle Steel. I scrutinized the book and found myself reading it. Reading it regardless of the appearance, when I started the chapter 1, I just realized that  it was irresistible certainly because of the writing scheme of either the author or the editor. Irresistible in a way that you can fully understand it because  the book is figuratively illustrated.  The war was clear, and the melancholy events were very effective, it made me cry, actually. a Heartbreaking book that made me accused the book of having an ill-fated ending, but fortunately the book has a happy ending.

Lesson learned: It's true that don't judge the book by it's cover. Figuratively speaking, The content of the book is what really matters not the rugged features at the first sight.
